Information on ordering and delivery

Delivery times

Please place your order by 2:00 p.m. one day before delivery.

Delivery | Electricity | return | collection

The delivery takes place at the specified time in the ordering process. Please ensure that you are available at your stand at the agreed time to accept the delivery and to confirm receipt of the goods. If our employee cannot find a contact person at your stand at the agreed time, the goods will be left on site. In these cases, the delivery is deemed to have been made. We are not liable for theft or damage to the goods at your stand. If an on-site power supply is required to provide our services, we will inform you of our power requirements. You must organize the power supply via the Deutsche Messe AG exhibitor service or provide the required power from the existing power supply. It is not possible to return food and drinks to us. The rental equipment (dishes, devices, etc.) and the empties (complete crates and containers, no partial crates and individual bottles) will be picked up by us at the end of the last day of the event between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Damaged or missing rental items will be charged to you at cost price. For the returned empties, you will then receive a credit note for the deposit to the billing address you provided.


The prices to be paid by you (plus VAT) result from the product prices specified in the order forms and the order quantities you have selected. In the case of rental products, the actual rental period applies. The minimum rental periods are calculated for rental products. All deliveries and services provided under these conditions are provided on site, so that the statutory VAT rates apply.
An additional logistics fee of EUR 30 (plus VAT) is charged for each delivery.


If you cancel the agreed services up to 10 weeks before the agreed time of service or event, Aramark is entitled to retain or invoice 25% of the advance payment made as a flat-rate reimbursement. In the event of cancellation up to 5 days before the agreed time of service or event, the cancellation fee increases to 50% of the estimated order value. After that, the cancellation fee is 90% of the estimated order value.

The relevant point in time for compliance with the cancellation deadlines is the receipt of the written notice of cancellation by Aramark. The deduction of saved expenses is already taken into account in the cancellation fees according to Section 5.1. You as the customer are entitled to prove that Aramark suffered less damage as a result of the cancellation. Aramark remains entitled to prove that higher damage has occurred.

In addition to the conditions of the present order, our terms and conditions apply, even if Aramark does not expressly refer to these terms and conditions again for further orders from you. You can view the terms and conditions at www.aramark-dmag.de


Order & Delivery Information | Eventservice

General delivery and order information
All orders placed and services purchased in the Conference and Eventservice category are order requests.
Delivery will be made to the conference and meeting area on the exhibition grounds of Deutsche Messe Hannover.
Unless otherwise stated, cold drinks will be invoiced individually according to consumption, hot drinks according to provision.
All prices listed are net, plus statutory value-added tax, and unless otherwise stated in the article, with the following service and equipment flat rates.
The case flat rates will be added by our sales team according to the requested service as follows.

Service flat rate
Example: Meeting drinks and, if necessary, small snacks
A service flat rate of € 45.00 per 10 guests will be charged for delivery and provision in the conference and meeting area.
For events lasting more than 5 hours, the service charge is € 67.50 per 10 guests.

Example: Meeting drinks and lunch buffet
For delivery and provision in the conference and meeting area, a service flat rate of € 146.00 per 30 guests will be charged for events of up to 3 hours.

Equipment flat rate
For the provision and commissioning of the required equipment, services will be charged as follows:
- Drinks and snacks, e.g. coffee break or up to 6 hours € 3.50 per guest
- Drinks and lunch buffet, e.g. lunch break or up to 6h € 7 per guest
- Full day event or combination from 6h € 9,50 per guest

Full-Service-Packages are excluded from the addition of the case flat rates.

Cancellations and changes to your orders are possible free of charge up to 7 working days before the day of the event. Excluded from this are
Orders outside the product range, as well as individual agreements. After that the order value will be charged.
Payments already made will be refunded to you.
